Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms

GWSD Connect owns the ownership and operation rights of the relevant software. GWSD Connect has the rights to supervise, prompt, inspect, correct, and impose penalties on all activities related to its products. By going through the registration process, reading these service terms, and clicking the "Register/Login" button to complete the registration or login process, users are deemed to have reached an agreement with GWSD Connect and voluntarily accept all the provisions of these service terms. If users do not agree to the conditions of the service terms, they will not be eligible to use the services of GWSD Connect or register as users of GWSD Connect.

Usage Rules

After a user registers successfully, GWSD Connect will assign a user account and a corresponding password to each user. The user is responsible for safeguarding the user account and password. The user shall bear legal liability for all activities and events carried out under their user account.
Users must assume full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information on GWSD Connect. Users are prohibited from impersonating others, using the identities of others to post any information, or maliciously using the registered account to mislead other users. Otherwise, GWSD Connect has the right to immediately suspend the service, reclaim the account, and the user shall solely bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.
Users shall not use the services of GWSD Connect to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following:

Information that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution.
Information that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.
Information that impairs national honor and interests.
Information that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermines ethnic unity.
Information that violates national religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions, spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability.
Information that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or instigates crimes.
Information that insults or slanders others and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Information that contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

GWSD Connect has the right to review and monitor users' use of GWSD Connect. If a user violates any of the above-mentioned regulations during the use of GWSD Connect, GWSD Connect or its authorized representatives have the right to require the user to make corrections or directly take all necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the user's improper behavior.
Stealing other users' accounts or harassing others through network communication is illegal. Users are prohibited from using any illegal means such as testing and deception to steal other users' accounts or harass others.

Disclaimer

1. GWSD Connect cannot guarantee the accuracy and rationality of the answers or comments provided by users in this community.

2. If GWSD Connect has clearly indicated changes in the way of providing network services and reminded users of the precautions, all consequences resulting from users' failure to follow the requirements shall be borne by the users themselves.

3. Users explicitly agree that they will fully assume all risks associated with using the network services of GWSD Connect products. They shall also bear all consequences arising from their use of the services of GWSD Connect, and GWSD Connect shall not be liable to users.

4. GWSD Connect does not guarantee that the network services will definitely meet users' requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network services will not be interrupted. It makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the network services.

5. For network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or factors beyond the control of GWSD Connect, GWSD Connect shall not be liable. However, it will make every effort to minimize the losses and impacts on users.

6. Users agree to protect and safeguard the interests of GWSD Connect and other users. The content posted by users on GWSD Connect only represents their personal positions and viewpoints and does not represent those of GWSD Connect. If the content posted by users is illegal, untrue, inappropriate, infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, or if users violate any provisions of this agreement, resulting in losses to GWSD Connect or any other third party, users agree to assume liability for damages.

Modification of Service Terms

GWSD Connect may modify the service terms when necessary. Once the service terms are changed, GWSD Connect will prompt users with the modified content on the page before they proceed to the next step of use. If you agree to the changes, please click the "I Agree" button again. If you do not accept the changes, please cancel your account in a timely manner. To continue using various services of GWSD Connect, users need to confirm two aspects:

First, confirm the service terms of GWSD Connect and their changes.
Agree to accept all restrictions of the service terms.
